After waiting the whole afternoon, I got the chance the sign in the Pottermore. And after answering and finding the quill I am still excited. After refreshing the page, it allowed me to sign in again but I urge myself not to. Just thinking of other Harry Potter fans who desperately want to join the Pottermore.
